What to Expect
Getting Started
- Contact us to schedule a free consultation to see if your needs match the skill sets and availability of our staff.
- After the initial consultation, if you are still interested in working with Peak Profits LLC, an Independent Contractor Agreement will be emailed to you which will outline the projects agreed to and the pricing package chosen.
- If you chose to hire Peak Profits LLC, you will need to sign the agreement and return it with the first month’s retainer.
- Upon receipt of your signed agreement and retainer payment, a Project Manager (PM) will be assigned to you and you will receive an introductory email from your PM.
- Your PM will contact you via phone to collect the initial delegation of your to-do list.
Ongoing
- Your PM will begin work on your to-do list, enlisting help from others on staff at Peak Profits as needed.
- Results will be provided and/or communicated via email on a weekly (bi-weekly) basis.
- Your PM will call you weekly (bi-weekly) to update your delegated to-do list.
- Written procedures will be developed for each recurring task delegated to us to ensure consistency in results and aid in cross-training our staff to fulfill your needs.
- At the end of each month, you will be invoiced for the following month. Payment is due by the 1st of the month.
- Your PM will become an integral part of your operation. She will offer suggestions for improvement and will represent you and your business with professionalism.
